Hi, I’m Lihi Elazar, software engineer, consultant, coach, and organizational transformation expert with more than 20 years in the tech industry.
Throughout my career, I’ve guided tech companies—both startups and large enterprises—through transformative journeys. With a background in software engineering, a BSc in Computer Science from the Technion, and extensive managerial experience, I specialize in combining technology management with a people-centered approach. I’ve worked with leading organizations such as HP, AT&T, and Playstudios, leading cross-functional teams, optimizing development processes, and building strategies that align product, R&D, and business goals to drive tangible results. I’ve also worked with cybersecurity organizations on technically complex projects, ensuring excellence in execution and security.
Using Agile and DevOps methodologies alongside strategic planning, I create efficient, adaptable, and high-performing organizations.
I’m also an Enneagram coach, helping leaders and teams gain deeper insights into their motivations and dynamics, enabling them to drive sustainable, impactful results.
