Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with diverse organizations, from global corporations like HP and AT&T, to gaming innovators like Playstudios, and cybersecurity leaders like NSO. My work has spanned industries, bringing together technology, processes, and people to drive transformation.

After years of working with technology and processes, I recognized that every person operates with a unique “human OS.” I use the Enneagram as a practical tool to uncover the core drivers behind behavior, helping leaders and teams identify strengths, address challenges, and improve communication. My work focuses on developing managers and key individuals in tech, equipping them with the tools and insights to lead effectively, understand their own dynamics, and drive their teams to success.

As a certified Enneagram coach, I help leaders and teams understand what drives them, “debug” unproductive patterns, better recognize their strengths and challenges, and find the root causes behind their behaviors. By engaging with their unique mechanisms, I guide them through transformations that are meaningful and sustainable.
